This year, we are diving deep into the tools and strategies that move the needle. We will spend our dedicated work sessions on:

• Business Growth: Actionable strategies to expand your client base and increase your reach.

• Tern Systems: Hands-on workshops for creating efficient workflows and systems within Tern.

• Collaboration: Open brainstorming sessions to share what’s working and solve industry challenges together.

• Team Building: Connecting with fellow agents to strengthen our agency culture.

Connecting with Your Community. We talk about connecting formally and informally, and the different places and capacities to engage and broaden an advisor’s circle. Taylored for the Born for Travel team, we go over different ways to share the problems you solve and the joys you experience. Finally, we talk about different types of events you can find locally to connect with your ideal clients. This is an active presentation with advisor participation. It’s always helpful to hear what worked and what didn’t from your fellow advisors!

Retreat Schedule & Atmosphere

• Work & Play: Morning sessions are dedicated to training and development. Afternoons and evenings are yours to explore the parks, tour properties, or relax at the resort.

• Family Policy: Your family is more than welcome to join you on this trip! Please note that all official training sessions are “Agents Only” to ensure everyone can remain focused.

• Tentative Group Event: Keep Tuesday night open! We are currently planning a special group activity (details to be announced).

• Dress Code: We encourage everyone to wear Born for Travel swag or Universal Orlando-themed shirts. Otherwise, the attire is Business Casual.

Registration Details

• Investment: $100 registration fee (non-refundable).

• Early Bird Special: Register by June 30, 2026, and save $25!

• Payment Methods: Registration fees can be paid via PayPal or Venmo.

• Inclusions: Please note that agents are responsible for their own travel, lodging, and meals.
